Description
From now on, frying steaks, cutlets, fish and co. neither soils the hob nor creates odours. Thanks to the unique gourmet lid, which also serves as a splash guard during frying, condensation can flow down the side of the lidand becollected in the rim of the lid. This means that no water drips into the fat or onto the food being fried and the prepared food becomes crispy and crunchy instead of being watered down. The collected water is simply emptied by pulling off the silicone rim, which is then cleaned in the dishwasher.
